Project Details

AHI was contracted by Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) to implement a market facilitation project through a competitive process with firms along the affordable housing construction value chain. Interested firms submitted an application outlining the constraint they face in the market, how it could impact low income households, and the technical and financial support needed to overcome the constraint. AHI supported HFHI in selecting two firms to receive technical and financial assistance to develop and implement specific market-based solutions to increase access to and affordability of housing construction products and services.
