As part of a planning grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) has engaged AHI to support them in designing optimal interventions and developing associated financial strategies that state HFA’s can implement to improve resident health outcomes in affordable housing (existing or to-be-developed). AHI is working with NCSHA to provide:

• A comprehensive inventory of the components that can improve health outcomes of residents, and that can be influenced by targeted HFA intervention.
• A catalog of Intervention ideas, with an indication of those which can be considered optimal.
• A catalog of Financing Strategy ideas for the Optimal Interventions.
• Cost sketches of different identified potential interventions.
