Project Details

For the past 7 years, CAHF has produced a yearbook on housing finance in Africa. The yearbook has been downloaded over 1 800 times thus far. The yearbook sets out summaries on the housing finance markets in African countries. In 2016, the yearbook covered 51 countries and 5 regions. For the 2017 yearbook, CAHF contracted AHI to update of the following country and/or regional profiles: Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and Liberia. Among the important housing data collected and reported were access to finance, housing supply and affordability, policy and regulation, and an overview of the housing market.
