Evaluation of new sites and pipeline opportunities (site and zoning analysis, regulatory assessment, permits and entitlement requirements, development potential)
Development of a ground lease framework and financial model for site in Merced
Design of platform growth strategies, equity sharing models, and projection model of platform funding requirements
Drafting of MoUs with institutional partners
