Capital Study for Faith-Based Housing Initiatives

Enterprise Community Partners seeks to understand the scale of capital required and financing strategies necessary for houses of worship to develop affordable housing in Cleveland and Detroit. AHI is partnering with Detroit Future City (DFC) and the United Church of Christ Church Building Loan Fund (UCC) for this study.
