Project Details

IFC contracted AHI to evaluate the state of the housing market in Port Moresby, including the supply and demand side of the housing value chain along with regulatory, gender, and environmental factors and issues. Based on this assessment, AHI designed a housing public-private partnership model in order to leverage the strengths of both the public and private sectors and bring down the price of housing on the market.
