Family Homes Fund – Knowledge-Sharing Study Workshop on Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)

AHI designed and delivered a three-day, in-person knowledge-sharing study workshop between Family Homes Fund (Nigeria) and Respublica Student Living (South Africa) to strengthen FHF’s understanding of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development, financing, and operations.

The workshop combined technical sessions, peer-to-peer exchanges, and guided site visits in Johannesburg and Pretoria, enabling FHF to draw practical lessons from South Africa’s PBSA market to inform its emerging student housing strategy in Nigeria, with a focus on operations, ESG standards, and investment structuring.
