Affordable Housing: Fundamentals to Frontiers

Policy, Practice, Profitability, and Post-Covid

A Harvard Graduate School of Design online Executive Education course led by David A. Smith, Anya Brickman Raredon, and Margaux Morenas

Affordable housing is distinctive real estate that rewards specialist entrepreneurship by people and entities that can truly deliver a double-bottom-line value proposition: better living situations for households alongside economically profitable and sustainable properties.

From the almshouses to the high-rises, from slums past and present to post-Covid health-secure housing, the course is a fast-paced journey across a rapidly evolving asset class that is at the cutting edge of cities, economic development, and public-private partnership.

Four 2-hour sessions: May 12, 14, 18, and 21, 2021

11:00 am to 1:00 pm Eastern
