In as much as we dodge from calling a spade by name, but a big spoon, There was a lot of irregularities in this election, and now most kenyans may never trust the ECK after this. The ECK chairman reported that he could give results since one of the returning officers disappered with results and had switched off the cell phone given to him by ECK. There have been reports from some of the commissioners that there was fraud in this election and even the EU representatives confessed this. President Kibaki knew every step on the way and thats why he hurried with "installing" himself into office. He has truly killed democracy in this Nation when the message to him was very clear, when more than 21 of his cabinet ministers were sent packing, and he only had 15% of the parliamentary seats. The previous president also had 3 sons vying for 3 seats, and they were all rejected by the people. This was a clear message to President Kibaki. He worked hard to bring us 50 years backwards with democracy. Sadly enough he has not spoken, or commented in this.
