I need 100%, complete proof that what you say above regarding the one year notice required to be given by the landlord to a section 8 tenant, when he opts-out of the program, is actually a law as of March 2008?
Would you please be kind enough to let me know the law and if Santa Barbara, CA is included within the jurisdictions of this CA/HUD law?
