Recap Advisors has now posted
a handy summary of the Administration’s Section 8 budget proposal.  Money (literally!) quotes:
 
The Bush Administration’s proposed budget for FY 2006 continues themes from past years’ budgets: block granting, belt-tightening, and emphasis on homeownership.

Regarding yesterday’s post on HUD cuts, today’s Washington Post (click on HUD) adds an important clarifying detail:
